[Inside a cell, there is a padlocked pet carrier with small, shrieking occupant. The carrier moves wildly across the floor, bouncing from one wall to another in an endless pattern. Guards were posted in the beginning. Several hours later proved the "killer doll" was securely contained and with other prisoners needing tending to, the guards moved on.

No one is there to see little hands darting out from the carrier's slots to work at its screws.

No one thought to reinforce the cell either. Anything cat-sized or smaller can squeeze thru the bars....]
